Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage and lead the front office team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain effective communication between front office and other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all guest inquiries and requests are met with a high level of service and hospitality.
- Monitor room inventory and ensure that occupancy rates and revenue goals are maximized.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and manage the front office budget, monitoring expenditures and optimizing costs.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve guest services.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a hotel front office or similar environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Excellent leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- An understanding of revenue management and occupancy forecasting.
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Education:

- A diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
