**Job Description:**

Hyatt Centric South Beach is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic AM Server / PM Lounge Attendant to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**AM Server:**

- Greet and seat guests in the dining area; provide them with menus and explain daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Deliver food and beverages to guest tables in a timely manner, checking in frequently to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are set and ready for service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt order preparation, and communicate any guest concerns or food allergies effectively.
- Process payments using the hotel’s POS system and handle cash transactions with integrity.

**PM Lounge Attendant:**

- Set up and maintain the lounge area for evening service, ensuring seating arrangements are comfortable and appealing.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages during lounge hours, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Engage with guests, providing personalized service and recommendations for food and drink options.
- Monitor and replenish food and beverage stations to ensure offerings are fresh and abundant.
- Assist with the breakdown of the lounge area post service, cleaning surfaces and storing leftover items properly.
- Uphold safety and sanitation standards as outlined by the hotel and local health regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must possess a positive attitude and work well as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, is required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including responsible alcohol service, is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some college coursework in hospitality or related fields is a bonus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
